The median light temperature is 10,000K. My personal preference is a mixture of 6500K and 22,000K. This gives the deep water corals the blue they need and the upper level corals the whites that they need. Technically this is a 14,000K bulb, according to Geissemanne. ATI has a similar bulb. Of course, you're talking LED so I guess this is irrelevant.
