i have the Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable driver hooked up to 12 royal blue leds running at 750ma. Here's the weird thing i can't figure out. when i plug in the power supply, the leds light up without any dimming signal, i don't have the dimming wires hooked up to anything. Now when i use it with a pot and 10v wall wart, i'm able to dim the string but it wouldn't shut off completely. i thought that no voltage from the dimming wires means 0% light? can a short cause it to light up without dimming signal? i did double check for short but couldn't find it.
