Dog had seizure and will now not let us near him

Tonight my dog had a seizure for the first time and it has been roughly 2 hours and he does not recognize us. He will normally bark at strangers and since the last time we checked on him, he has been barking profusely. There is currently a blizzard outside and we cannot take him to a vet (not like we'd be able to put him in a cage). He's one of my best friends and I dont know what to do.
